Full SIPP change of address procedure

We are changing the way we handle your client's change of address requests for the Full SIPP.
Currently we will accept change of address requests in writing, process these and send a confirmation to the new address.
Going forward, we require written notification, signed by the client stating both the old and the new address. Once we have processed, confirmation will be sent to both addresses.
