Occasionally, we are asked to purchase an overseas commercial property for a SIPP member.

The purchase process and legal requirements, which vary from country to country, can be very complex.

As a result, we are unlikely to undertake purchases of overseas commercial properties going forward. This does not affect any existing overseas commercial properties we hold.
