Alliance Trust Academy
The Academy is the collective name for all Learning & Development at the Alliance Trust – incorporating training on who Alliance Trust PLC are, managing money, customer service skills & products, Microsoft Office, and regulatory & leadership development.
Instruction is a carefully combined mix of face to face classroom-style teaching and distance / e-learning opportunities. E-learning is run in partnership with the University of Abertay Dundee, allowing us to take advantage of the academic expertise of the university.
Alliance Trust recognises that business infrastructures and technologies do not run organisations and create success. Instead it is intelligent, energetic, reliable people who have the required skill set. Consequently, as a company, we are committed to investing heavily in our Academy so that both new and existing staff can be competent in their roles.
