As someone who has a drive and passion for delivering excellent customer service, I was delighted to join the team at Alliance Trust Savings. With a strong managerial background in both call centres and retail, I was recognised formally in 2007, by receiving a commendation for Best Contact Centre Manager in the CCF European Call Centre Awards.
In my short time with Alliance Trust Savings I have worked with my team to develop an improved working environment and to drive superior performance. I have also had the opportunity to pull on my experience to feed into key customer facing initiatives. Since joining the team I have been engaging and encouraging all staff to give their very best to the customer and ensure that their every working day at Alliance Trust reflects the commitment to delivering first class service that our brand demands.
