Graduation from our Management Training Programme
On 1st September 2008, Kris Nicol (left) and Sam Ford started work as Investment Analysts having successfully graduated from the Alliance Trust PLC Management Training Programme.
The Management Training Programme is a two year rotational programme with an intake of three to four graduates a year. In the first year, trainees will move around different business areas, including Alliance Trust Savings, Asset Management and Corporate Affairs, with the aim of gaining experience across the company. While on rotation trainees will also go through a formal training programme, including sitting IAQ and IMC exams.
