Launch of our Adviser Support Service
2007 will be a big year for us and all our professional adviser partners, as there are many innovations and service improvements that we intend to roll out over the year.
The second of these improvements, following the recent launch of our online Pension Illustration Service, is our new Support service for you and your clients, as explained below. This will help us respond quicker to your queries as well as giving you a reliable way of contacting us whether by phone or email.
SIPP Adviser Support Team
We have established a SIPP Adviser Support Team in London, staffed by experienced servicing personnel, to deal with all your day-to-day administration, technical and procedural questions, plus any progress chasing. The team has been running successfully in ‘pilot’ mode for the past few months and we are now ready to launch it to our professional adviser contacts.

Our SIPP Adviser Support Team telephone system will ‘hunt’ around all seven members of the team so that you should normally always be able to speak to one of the team members. If, exceptionally, this is not possible then you will able to leave a voicemail message and this will normally be responded to within two hours.
The SIPP Adviser Support Team email inbox is monitored constantly by all team members, with tasks allocated by the Team Manager to ensure a speedy response.
SIPP Member Servicing Team
The SIPP Member Servicing Team will provide your clients with a single point of contact for questions about their SIPP if they wish to contact us directly
