Transfer of Full SIPP administration from London to Dundee
As you may know, we have been planning for some time to replace the system currently used to administer our Full SIPP with a new company-wide system called ActiveBank. This will allow us to significantly streamline many of our administration processes and, by automating a number of processes that are currently carried out manually, this should lead to faster turnaround, greater accuracy, and improved servicing. Furthermore, this will allow us to offer advisers and SIPP members online facilities - initially, viewing only but with the ability to transact online coming shortly afterwards.
ActiveBank is a state-of-the-art system that was installed at Alliance Trust in Dundee last year and has been used successfully to run our 'Select' range of products covering PEPs, ISAs and SIPPs as well as our online investment dealing service.
The transfer of the Full SIPP administration to Dundee will take place this weekend and from Monday 12 November onwards all of our Full SIPP administration, apart from SIPP Property, will be carried out in Dundee.
Our SIPP support teams will continue to be based in London for the meantime but will be transferred to Dundee later in the year. Their contact details remain unchanged and are as follows:

Our Business Development Team will continue to be based in London and there are no plans to change this, although we do plan to extend our regional presence around the UK.
In addition to SIPP Property, our SSAS Team will continue to be based in London and there are no plans to change this.
