V&A DUNDEE PRIZE DRAW - TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. You will be automatically entered into a free prize draw when you register for our quarterly newsletter at (alliancetrust.co.uk/prizedraw) and fill in the subscription form prior to 30 November 2018. Existing subscribers will not be entered automatically and will be required to opt-in by emailing investor@alliancetrust.co.uk

  2. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Winners will be selected at random, on or after 30 November 2018, from all entries received.

  4. Winners will be notified by e-mail by 7 December 2018.

  5. The prize must be claimed and used, by the winner, before the exhibition closes on 28 February 2019. Once notified, winners will be sent a link via email to activate their tickets. Note that winners are responsible for the cost of their own travel arrangements, the prizes are tickets for entry to the exhibition only. Winners are responsible for ensuring that the exhibition is open on the day that they plan to attend. Alliance Trust will not be responsible for any failure by the V&A to provide access to the exhibition for whatever reason.

  6. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

  7. Neither V&A or Alliance Trust will take responsibility for any lost tickets - replacements cannot be issued.

  8. Alliance Trust reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

  9. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

  10. By signing up to the quarterly newsletter, you give consent for Alliance Trust PLC to hold your data. Should you be a winner your name and the town or region of your residence may be published on our website or issued on request. Your data will not be used for any other purpose. You are able to unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter mailing list by emailing investor@alliancetrust.co.uk
